For instance; when there are 4 participants only, all prizes will be reduced with 50%.
If a category A qualifier is overbooked (more than 8 participants) then the tournament directors will appoint some players to pre-qualify during a 'category B qualifier' in the days before the qualifier.
They will decide who has to pre-qualify on the basis of perceived tennis skills and/or observed Ketball skills. No complaints or appeals possible! Of course you can prove the directors wrong by beating them personally in a match!
Tournament directors are: Diederik van Huijstee, Daniël Lopiz, Eduardo Manhaes
Prices to enter a qualifier or a pre-qualifier: First entry is free for every player or team for each category.
After that R$ 10,- per team/player. So you can participate for free for your single, double and mixed one time only.
The winner of a pre-qualifier wins no money prize, but the right to participate in the qualifier for free.
All ( pre-)qualifiers and finals are played in this system:
A KNOCK OUT:

B vs G |
SECOND MATCH |

Between matches you are entitled to a 10 minute break only.
All matches are decided by a 'best of seven sets', so you must win four sets. This takes on average 40 minutes.
Each 8 team knock out schedule should therefore last about 3,5 hours.
